PGA tour to endorse the Pure Power Mouthguard

There will be a major announcement next month regarding the Pure Power Mouthguard, (PPM) for which I am a preferred provider.  The PPM has been used a lot by elite athletes in many sports to improve balance, range of motion and power.

The PGA will be endorsing the PPM mouthpiece, and should be official by August, 2010.  This deal was supposed to be done in May of 2010, however, the PPM had to be approved by the USGA, a body that allows devices to be approved, as long as it is not a direct advantage to PGA players on the tour.  rule 14.3.

They initially rejected the PPM, because the USGA had determined that the PPM would in fact be a direct advantage to golfers who use the product on the PGA tour.  How about that for validity!  The USGA has made an exception for the PPM, that will allow a golfer to use it on the PGA tour if they have a written diagnosis from a dentist that the golfer has TMJ issues.

At Aesthetic Dentistry of Lorton, Dr. Ryan Reeves’s practice if focused on diagnosis and non surgical treatment of TMJ.
