For over a year. I suffered with continually worsening headaches, jaw pain , neck pain, and tingling in my arms. I have always clenched my teeth at night, but never related that to the pain. I was prescribed pain relievers and muscle relaxers, given x-rays and MRI's, and referred to a neurologist. Nothing seemed to help. The tingling in my arms and hands as well as the facial pain became almost constant and was a continual distraction to everyday life.
Although I was diagnosed with TMJ, no one seemed to know what to do about it. Finally, a friend referred me to Dr. Ryan Reeves. He was familiar with all of my symptoms, was able to explain exactly what the problem was and offer a fairly simple solution. Almost immediately after being fitted with a custom-made orthotic, the pain and tingling completely disappeared. I didn't realize how much the pain was affecting my life and moods. The staff was always friendly and welcoming, and always went the extra step to be sure I was comfortable. The whole experience was positive and the staff was great!
Dr. Ryan Reeves has been an outstanding dentist! I have spent quite a bit of time in "the chair" in the past 12 months, but, have understood every detail of why. He and his wonderful assistant Serpil have patiently answered all of my in depth questions. They have been meticulous and honest when I had no idea how to proceed with a tooth problem. Dr. Ryan Reeves was very thorough with fixing each tooth and I am looking forward to having a pain free mouth due to the excellent care I have received.
Never, and I repeat, never, in my life would the idea of THANKING a dentist and their staff even POSSIBLE, But here I am saying, "thank you". You have never hurt me. I repeat, you have never hurt me. And at the ripe old age of 53, you are the first people / dental staff I can say that to with honesty. And we all know how bad my teeth are! Electric Toothbrush

My wife is a regular patient and scheduled her dental cleaning for May 10 with the receptionist in your Lorton office. Following her cleaning she requested her toothbrush IAW your advertisement. She was told that only if her appointment was made via the internet was she eligible for the electric toothbrush. Having reread your advertisement on the web site I can see nothing that limited the offer to an appointment having to be made over the internet. It was assumed that the opportunity to make an appointment via the internet was to benefit patients. My wife does not use the internet on a regular basis and prefers to talk to someone when making appointments. She did not inform your office that she expected a toothbrush when making the appointment. To say the least we are VERY disappointed. It may have been your intention to limit the offer but the advertisement was most misleading and could even be considered "Bait and Switch".
My appointment with Dr. Reeves yesterday as my gums were all swollen and all is fixed now.

Came up with an unexpected tooth/gum/jaw infection (are there any exopected ones?) Friday night and called the office alternate number on Saturday morning. Received a return call promptly. Caller was very attentive and pleasant (thanks Valerie!)Was able to obtain a prescription and early Monday morning appointment. (Thanks again Valerie!) Arrived Monday morning at 8 and was seen promptly. (Thanks to all for this!) Best news was that there were no charges for seeing me. (Not true , only kidding but the cost was well worth being seen with such little notice!) Thank You.

This was my first visit to this dental office and from setting up my appointment over the phone the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. When I arrived to the office for my first appointment, the staff was again very pleasant and extremely helpful. The dental hygenist took the time out to explain everything to me and allowed my the opportunity to ask questions about what I wanted my oral health to be like. The dentist was very nice, him and the hygenist communicated with each other so that they were on the same page and communicated with me to make sure that I underdstood everything. Would definitely recommend.

Aesthetic Dentistry of Lorton is Fantastic. My husband is in the Army so since we move frequently, I have to find new dentists. I, myself, was a dental assistant for 7 years so I have a high standard for my dental office and staff. From the day I called to book my appointment, the staff was super friendly and very helpful. My hygienist was knowledgeable and very sweet. My meeting with the dentist was also very pleasant. It was nice not to be rushed in and out of the office like just another dollar amount. I will recommend this place to everyone!

I was greeted warmly 5 minutes before the appt by the front desk secretary. Yvonne started on time and did a wonderful job of cleaning and examining my teeth. She was very informative as to my dental needs. She is the best hygienist/periodontal specialist. DR Carter Reeves then did a comprehensive exam and thoroughly explained my dental problems and possible fixes. He did a very good job also. Mrs Baker then did a very thorough and efficient job with the payment and insurance claim and appointment process. I used my coupon and bought the Closys oral rinse Yvonne recommended.

Dr Carter was outstanding, always talking to me about what is going on, how he is repairing it, etc. Pleased he was able to do a restoration instead of a crown. Good follow up call on the night the Hokies played.

The Dental Assistant, Serpil, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Dr Ryan Reeves was extremely competent, friendly, and instructive while working on the impression for the crown for my implant. I was very satisfied with the appointment.
